This is a pivotal, highly visible role where you’ll act as a trusted right hand, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll be supporting an ambitious leadership team that values professionalism, discretion and exceptional organisational skills. The successful candidate will be: Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail. Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence. Proactive, emotionally intelligent and naturally unflappable. Warm, personable and confident building strong relationships across the business. Key responsibilities include: Complex diary and inbox management. Extensive travel coordination and itinerary planning. Organising meetings and preparing documentation. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and business partner to senior executives. Assisting with occasional corporate events and conferences. Supporting the wider office team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business when required. Previous experience within financial services is beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate will have supported senior C-suite executives and will thrive in a demanding environment where delivering first-class support is second nature. This is a varied 50/50 role, combining high-level executive support with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll provide dedicated support to a senior Director while acting as the go-to person for the London office, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a hands-on environment. Key responsibilities include: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Complex diary management. Extensive travel coordination and detailed itinerary planning. Monthly expenses and ad hoc administrative support. Managing the Director’s London property, including liaising with household staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during periods of travel. Office Management Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the office. Managing suppliers, stationery, catering and facilities. Coordinating office maintenance, repairs and deep cleans. Acting as the main point of contact for external IT providers. Working closely with the Operations team to ensure a professional and efficient working environment. About you: Previous PA/EA experience within financial services is essential. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful and confident working independently. Comfortable managing changing priorities and taking initiative with minimal supervision. Happy to work full-time from the Mayfair office (8:30am–5:30pm). Italian or French language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
