Senior Office Manager & Front of House Location: Marble Arch, London (Office-based – 5 days) Hours: Full-time Salary: £50k-60k (dependant on experience). Start Date: ASAP (short notice or immediate availability preferred) Is this the role for you: Our client is a boutique property management and real estate advisory firm in Prime Central London, is seeking a polished and highly organised Senior Office Manager & Front of House professional. A key role at the centre of a high-achieving business working closely with high-net-worth individuals and their families. What you will do: You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. As Office Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and compliantly. Your duties will include: • Front of House & Client Care — Welcoming clients, managing calls, coordinating meeting rooms, and ensuring the office presents impeccably. • Office & Operations Management — Overseeing facilities, suppliers, IT, systems, and health & safety compliance. • Compliance — Maintaining AML and KYC processes, managing industry memberships and insurance, keeping documentation audit-ready. • HR Support — Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and employee well-being. • Executive Assistance — Supporting the CEO and senior team with diary management, travel coordination, and preparation of key documents and presentations. • Marketing Support — Contributing to marketing collateral, website updates, and social media management. What you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone who has proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or PA — ideally within property, professional services, or a similar setting — and be comfortable taking ownership of both operational and client-facing responsibilities. An understanding of compliance frameworks (AML, KYC) is welcomed. A natural talent for problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly. Able to communicate and build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and colleagues alike. Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; CRM or property software a plus).
