What you will do: The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day office management including vendor relationships, building management coordination, travel booking, corporate credit card reconciliation, H&S procedures, and facilities upkeep. You will be the main point of contact for the building and staff for all operational queries and ensure the office is running efficiently and professionally at all times. Alongside operational responsibilities, you’ll also provide essential executive support — including expenses processing, diary coordination, investor relations support, and logistical planning for board and committee meetings. You will work closely with the Company Secretary on key governance meetings, venues, and communications.
