As part of our on-boarding process, we also have an in-house compliance team who carry out all Right To Work checks and if required access to an additional referencing team to make sure that temporary workers are fully referenced if required.  

Furthermore, we have access to an administration testing suite which enables us to assess and benchmark a variety of skills sets from speed typing to PowerPoint if needed.  All testing is conducted online and can be accessed by candidates remotely.  

This suite can also be utilised for training, allowing our candidates to develop their skills throughout their careers.
