Junior PA & Events Assistant Location: King’s Cross, London (Hybrid) Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Core hours 8:00am–4:30pm, flexibility required) Contract: Permanent Salary: £30,000–£35,000 Start Date: Early March Is this the role for you? We are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Junior PA & Events Assistant to join a leading corporate and financial communications consultancy. This is a varied role combining administrative support, office coordination, and hands-on involvement in the planning and delivery of both internal and external events. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with 3 years’ experience in PA, team support, or events who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys balancing operational detail with creative event execution. What you will do: You will provide day-to-day administrative and meeting support, including diary coordination, venue bookings, monitoring media coverage, document formatting, and assisting with regulatory announcements (training provided). You’ll manage meeting room bookings, coordinate catering and logistics, and provide light EA cover when required. On the events side, you will assist with planning and delivering corporate events, managing guestlists and communications, liaising with venues and suppliers, supporting on-site delivery, and working closely with marketing and design teams to produce materials. Some events may take place outside core working hours (overtime paid). You will also support office operations, ensuring the workspace is organised, well-stocked, and welcoming, acting as a key point of contact for administrative support. What you’ll bring: You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a PA, Team Assistant, or Events role, ideally within a corporate, communications, or professional services environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage high workloads and tight deadlines are essential. You’ll be confident, detail-focused, personable, and comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
