Client Service Manager/ Team Assistant
Location: London, Pall Mall (Office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm, Flexibility to work remote on Fridays following probation
Salary: £30k – £32k Excellent Benefits

Our client, an independently owned wealth management partnership with a heritage spanning over 200 years, is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Service Manager to join their Portfolio Management Team in London.
This is a key role within a respected investment and financial planning group known for its exceptional service, integrity and long-standing client relationships. What you will do:
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the smooth running of the Portfolio Management Team. This includes handling client onboarding, KYC and suitability documents, maintaining accurate paperwork and meeting materials, running quarterly valuations, and ensuring all verification and regulatory requirements are met. You will liaise with Compliance, Client Administration and Operations to maintain accurate data, manage payments, and support new client transitions. Additionally, you’ll assist Portfolio Managers with diary and travel arrangements, expense claims, client correspondence, quarterly valuation packs, and managing client calls, queries and CRM updates.

- A minimum of 3 A-Levels (A–C)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, professional approach and an interest in financial services
