Role Overview
This is a critical leadership role, managing the entire day-to-day operation of the clinic and the wider business. The successful candidate will take over from the current Clinic Manager and, initially, support a transition period alongside a senior assistant.
You’ll be responsible for leading a high-calibre team, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional patient and client care, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
You must be confident operating at a senior level, able to handle diverse operations and teams, and maintain a polished, discreet, and professional demeanour in a high-profile, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including staff coordination and patient care delivery
- Provide clear leadership and direction to all departments including clinical, support, corporate, and project teams
- Maintain and drive compliance with all relevant regulations (CQC, SEQOHS, ISO9001/27001)
- Manage quality assurance, health & safety, and document control
- Support HR processes: appraisals, development, team performance, and morale
- Liaise with external stakeholders including corporate clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Partner with digital and marketing teams to support business development
- Support commercial growth initiatives across all business divisions
- Maintain a calm, balanced leadership style with clear decision-making under pressure
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Proven experience (5 years) in senior clinic/business management in a private healthcare setting
- Graduate-level education
- Confident, articulate, and professional – able to represent the business to high-profile clients
- Clear understanding of working in a high-quality, premium, regulated healthcare environment (not NHS, dental, or beauty)
- Strong commercial awareness, organisation, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT-literate and comfortable with systems and processes
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Desirable:
- IOSH / NEBOSH qualification or Health & Safety knowledge
- Experience with ISO standards or leading quality audits
- Exposure to corporate healthcare delivery or multi-branch/multi-service businesses
- Experience within highly regulated environments
- Personality & Style:
- Professional and well-presented, ideally someone who is polished, calm, and confident in high-level environments
- Mature approach – ideally late 30s with gravitas to interact with senior clinicians (some in their 60s-80s) and senior clients
- Fair, non-partisan leadership style – able to manage teams objectively, inclusively, and without bias
- Intelligent, forward-thinking, and emotionally intelligent
