Contract Administrator
Location: Loughton (3 days per week) Battersea & Hertfordshire (2 days per week)
Hours: Full time, 5 days, 9-5
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Is this the role for you:
Our client, a fast-paced and growing FM services provider, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to support their busy Operations Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys coordinating work schedules and delivering excellent service to clients. You’ll split your time between the Loughton office and two client sites, working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to keep all jobs running smoothly.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for scheduling and booking all works for the Fabric and Fire Division, liaising with clients, managing engineers’ diaries and providing day-to-day admin support. Your duties will include booking and coordinating work with clients, managing engineers’ schedules and job allocation, collating and sending RAMS, updating the in-house portal with job information, producing and sending reports, general administrative and operational support.

What you’ll bring:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A positive, client-focused attitude
- Ideally experience within FM or a similar coordination role, with knowledge of RAMS and POs
- Ability to commute reliably to Loughton, Battersea and Hertfordshire
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
