Description of role:

Events Coordinator
Up to £33,000
Full time – 6-month Temporary Contract
London – Hybrid (2 days in office)
Start date: Early January

Is this the role for you:
Are you an organised and confident Events Coordinator looking for your next challenge? This is a great opportunity to join a well known professional membership body within a busy events team of eight. They run up to 200 events a year, with around 60 percent being virtual, so you’ll be stepping into a fast paced environment where no two days feel the same. This role starts in the new year on a 6-month temporary contract.

What you will do:
As the Events Executive, you’ll support the full 360 delivery of events ranging from webinars to in person sessions for up to 200 attendees. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage event platforms, and set up and run virtual events via Zoom. You’ll handle stakeholder comms, prepare event materials, manage registrations, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. You’ll also support the wider team with planning, reporting, and post-event follow up.

What you will need:
You’ll have previous experience in events coordination, ideally with exposure to both virtual and in person events. Confidence setting up and managing webinars is key, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Strong organisation, great communication, and a proactive approach are essential.

What you will get in return:
You’ll join a friendly, supportive events team within a respected professional organisation, gaining hands on experience across a high volume of events. This hybrid role offers a nice balance, working 9:15 to 5:15 with two days a week in the office.

If you’re ready to hit the ground running in a busy events environment, apply now to be considered.
