This prestigious role is designed for a highly organised and discreet individual who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, from personal management to executive coordination. Comprehensive Support: Provide high-level personal support, including managing schedules, coordinating events and household management Project Management: Oversee and execute various personal projects, ensuring timely and effective completion. Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and their family, and staff. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and handling of sensitive information. Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries and accommodations, including international travel. Our client, a well-regarded independent school in Central London, is seeking a highly organised and professional HR Administrator to provide vital support during a maternity cover period. This varied role combines executive-level PA support with hands-on HR administration, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school while managing essential HR processes. What you will do: You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Head and Senior Leadership Team, managing diaries, correspondence, and meetings, In your HR capacity, you will coordinate staff recruitment, prepare offers and references, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate HR and compliance records Confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role. What you’ll bring: At least one year’s HR experience, within a school or education. You will be confident, highly organised, and able to prioritise effectively.
