What you will do: The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating portfolios, arranging inspections, preparing and formatting reports, managing correspondence, assisting with invoicing, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will also be responsible for managing team diaries, booking travel, handling incoming calls, and supporting the wider admin and secretarial team as needed. What You’ll Bring: This is a varied and detail-focused role that requires excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), a typing speed of 50 wpm, and a strong understanding of document formatting. Prior experience in the property, construction, or professional services sectors is advantageous. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a team-first mentality, and the ability to manage a busy and evolving workload.
