Currently seeking a temporary marketing officer to join our global client for a short term 4 – 6 month temporary assignment. You will need to be available to start work immediately and meet the below criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media posts and digital content, including news updates and press releases.
• Support website content updates and general content management.
• Support event project planning including pre-event invite scheduling, execution of event invites, content, and post-event analytics.
• Manage invitations, track attendance, and maintain accurate event contact lists and calendars.
• Assist with event production materials (branding, packs, gifts, photography) and pre/post‑event publicity via Social Medi
• Maintain the contacts database via our CRM & Marketing Suite (HubSpot).

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Marketing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of product including Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is desirable but not a crucial requirement.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and committed to accuracy.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and presentation
• Strong written and verbal communication.
