Is this the role for you?

Our client, a fast-growing FM services business with two neighbouring offices in Loughton, is seeking a highly organised Office Manager / Compliance & Operations Coordinator to support their operational and leadership team. This is a key role within a busy environment of 8 office staff, 25 payroll employees and 15 subcontractors, ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced position and enjoys taking ownership of multiple workstreams.

What you will do:

You will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office while taking ownership of key compliance and administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include supporting ISO audits and maintaining accreditations, updating forms, and providing PA-style support to the Director with diary and administrative tasks. You’ll also manage fleet and insurance coordination with brokers, oversee HR administration, and support general office operations across both sites. Working closely with staff, subcontractors and the wider management team, you’ll assist with a range of coordination tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
This is a hands-on, varied position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive operational team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Exposure to ISO audits and accreditations (essential)
  • Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills
  • Confidence liaising with external partners such as insurers and brokers
