Is this the role for you:
Are you a confident and professional Team Assistant or Office Manager looking for a temporary role in a stunning workspace? This position is based in a global mining company’s High Street Kensington office, starting on the 24th, with the end date yet to be confirmed.
What you will do:
You’ll manage diaries, coordinate travel, handle meeting logistics and support senior stakeholders with day to day admin. You’ll welcome clients, ensure everything runs smoothly for visiting teams, manage supplies and keep the office organised and running efficiently. You’ll also pitch in with ad hoc tasks and help the team stay on top of everything during a busy period.
What you will need:
You’ll have experience as a Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or Office Manager within a corporate environment. Strong diary and travel management, excellent communication skills and a proactive, polished approach are key. French language skills would be a bonus but not essential. You should be confident, organised and comfortable engaging with senior visitors.
