Part Time Receptionist (3 days) – Insurance

Are you immediately available and have a proven background managing a busy Reception?
What you will do:
You will be the managing a busy reception area for a busy global insurance firm based in City. You will be meeting and greeting guests, managing meeting rooms, organising catering and stationary.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to prioritise and have good MS Office skills
