Location: Hackney, London (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–6pm) occasional Saturdays
Salary: 35,000k – 37,000k

What you will do?
- Lead daily showroom operations and team performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice
- Manage merchandising, stock, suppliers and installations
- Drive sales and support promotional activity
- Oversee website content, product listings and performance
- Align showroom and online strategies
- Analyse sales data and report to management
What you’ll bring?
- Experience in retail/showroom or sales management (appliances preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Confident using website CMS / e-commerce tools
- Highly organised, proactive and customer-focused
- Flexible to support occasional Saturday cover
