RGF Staffing UK is an organisation driven for and by people. As an HR-service provider, our people are at the very centre of our activities. As a company, we encourage our people to develop on intellectual, commercial and social levels. We do so in the firm believe that the growth of our individual people contributes to the growth of both RGF Staffing UK and the wider RGF Staffing as well as Recruit as a whole. The UK Management board believes we (as individuals and as a company) should grow and do this with fairness, integrity, respect for the law and respect for the world around us.

How We Develop Our People

Our Learning & Development team sits within our People & Culture function and we offer both inhouse classroom training through our partners Recruitment Guide. We offer on demand training for recruiters, resourcers, managers and sales teams via our partnership with Recruitment Juice and we also run annual leadership courses which provide an ILM qualifications (the Institute of Leadership & Management) across our senior management teams. Our training is provided to all employees from the moment they join, and continue throughout the life of their career with us, ensuring that you only work with highly knowledgeable and motivated recruitment professionals.

As a business we believe in developing our people so they can offer the world class service every client expects, this means we offer frequent and on-going training which covers multiple topics such as employment law, cyber security, GDPR, unconscious bias, as well as customer service, management and leadership skills.
