Admin Assistant / Receptionist – Investment Banking
£35k – £38k DOE
Permanent – Full time office based – Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Are you looking for an Admin Assistant / Receptionist role working in a global Investment Firm in the City? My client is seeking a corporate, professional, organised, and motivated Administrator / Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based on front of house and will support with coordinating the office and assisting the teams, across all departments.
What you will do:
As the Admin Assistant / Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including coordinating the smooth running of the reception area. Additionally, you will assist and support across departments with administrative tasks as required. This will include assisting the finance team with expenses, invoices and keeping spreadsheets up to date, updating the database, carrying out compliance checks and assisting with other ad hoc admin tasks.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will have prior corporate admin assistant / reception experience. Excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail, strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are essential. DealCloud Database will also be an advantage. Working previously within Professional or Financial Services is essential.
