Are you looking for a new and exciting Company Secretary role for a firm based in the City of London? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Company Secretary to support their growing London office, provide efficient and professional company secretarial support across all of the Department’s activities.

What you will do:

As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for a range of duties from ensuring all records are up to date, managing and building relationships with external contacts, assisting in the production of annual reports, and the production of documents for meetings. Additionally, the successful Company Secretary will be responsible for general administration and any assistance with any ad-hoc tasks and projects.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have great communication skills, highly organised, as well as being a practical problem solver with the ability to work well under pressure.
