I am currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to work with a global Investment company in December, on a short term temporary basis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Receptionist working within Professional Services, and will have excellent attention to detail and a passion for customer service. You will also be forward thinking, proactive and have previously dealt with high net-worth/VIP clients.

Your duties will include but are not limited to: Providing 5* customer service, meeting and greeting, booking meeting rooms and escalating visitors to meeting rooms, managing meeting room bookings, providing refreshments and setting up meeting rooms, responding to incoming calls, and being the first point of contact for all visitors and queries.
