The Opportunity:

We are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to provide optimal support to our executive team and streamline their administrative responsibilities. This role requires a professional who has extensive experience assisting executives or highly successful individuals, ensuring their working lives run as efficiently as possible. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for organising multiple senior executives, bringing structure to the office pace, and driving schedules and projects to successful conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, managing complex diary schedules for multiple individuals while ensuring efficient day-to-day execution and task management. You will be expected to anticipate requirements and proactively solve problems to enhance overall productivity and office efficiency. Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all tasks is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the executive team and the integrity of sensitive information.


The ideal candidate will possess the ability to triage and prioritise tasks effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency, and clear, effective communication. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are essential, along with a low-ego attitude that fosters trust and relationships. Project management skills, collaborative ability, proficiency in MS Office, and quick adaptability to new systems are crucial. In the first 90 days, the candidate should gain a thorough understanding of the firm, its people, and projects, understand executive’s communication preferences, establish themselves as a trusted partner and team player, and identify long-term value-adding opportunities. Performance after the first year will be measured by efficiency in managing complex diaries, accuracy, professionalism, smooth office operations, task management impact, proactive problem-solving, and value creation.
