Is this the role for you:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join a global Insurance firm based in the heart of the City! This is initially a 3 month FTC which could lead to a permanent role.

What you will do:

Managing relationships with the post room, cleaners etc, help desk work, ensuring the smooth running of the building, liaising with contractors and access cards

What you will need:

A proven background within facilities (preferably with an FM qualification), confident liaising with people in the business and external contractors and the ability to multitask
