Global Recruiter -Canada , UAE, EU & UK

The Role
A full life cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, recommending candidates for position at all levels, negotiating offer terms and on-boarding new hires. Across verticals Financial Technology , Business Development, HR , Compliance , Administration and support functions across the business.

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Promote the company’s reputation and employee value proposition
  • Work with hiring manager’s to create job descriptions
  • Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate forums
  • Head hunting
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Research and recommend new hiring practices and implement them for new sources of passive and active candidates
  • On board new employees working closely with HR and Line managers
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytics and well documented recruitment reports (i.e. source of hire, time to hire, time to fill etc.)
  • Conduct regular follow- up meetings with manager to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plans and implementation
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate’s relationship during the selection process



What you will need :

  • Proven work experience as a global recruiter
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based etc.)
  • Ability to organise skill assessment centres (work samples, psychometric, EQ etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR database and ATS systems
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to influence
