Office Manager & Executive PA – Real Estate Investment Location: London, W1 Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Monday–Friday Salary: Competitive 25 days holiday benefits Is this the role for you: Our client, a prominent international real estate investment firm, is looking for a highly capable and polished Office Manager & Executive PA to take ownership of the day-to-day running of their London office while providing senior-level executive support. This dual role is ideal for someone confident managing a premium office environment and experienced supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced and professional setting. What you will do: You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the London office, including front-of-house duties, managing office supplies and facilities, liaising with suppliers and global teams, and maintaining an efficient, well-organised workspace. What You’ll Bring: Alongside office management, you will provide high-level PA support to three senior Managing Principals, including diary management, coordinating international travel, preparing expense reports, and handling a range of personal and professional tasks with discretion and efficiency. Additional duties include administrative support for the wider London team, coordination with European offices and U.S. back office teams, assisting with investor relations materials and presentations, and helping to deliver monthly events and asset marketing initiatives. Finance Assistant – Oxfordshire Is this the role for you? I’m delighted to be managing a role that offers career progression within a highly regarded Financial Services firm who are specialists in renewables, and ethical investment. If you are a Graduate, or experienced Apprentice with at least a year’s experience then this could be a great move for you. We are looking for somebody who has gained experience in an accounting role in industry or practice and is looking for the next step in their career. You’ll ideally be nearing the end of AAT or have started working towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA and be committed to completing this (assistance will be offered). The offices are based in Oxfordshire and you’d need to be in the office 4 days a week with limited public transport available so your own transport is advisable (parking is provided).
