Are you ready to step into a dynamic role as a Legal Secretary for our client a Business Management consultancy firm? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail, impeccable organisational skills, and a proactive approach. In this position, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, working closely with the Legal team.

What you will do:

In this role, you will perform a variety of legal administrative tasks, including:

  • Attend legal meetings, draft and circulate minutes, maintain departmental documents, digitise records, and prepare periodic reports.
  • Manage diary scheduling, coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare paperwork and presentations, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Oversee client onboarding, including preparing engagement letters, assisting with invoicing and expense tracking, and handling various ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Arrange the execution of documents, ensure accuracy in legal documents and reports, safeguard confidential information, and organise legal meetings and events.
  • Monitor emails to take necessary actions for seamless communication and efficiency.

What you will need:

The ideal candidate will possess brilliant organisational and time management skills, effectively prioritisation, and meet deadlines. A commitment to discretion, loyalty, and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are required. Strong planning skills, a keen attention to quality, and proficiency in IT, particularly Excel and Word, are also crucial. The ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must.
