Strategic Digital Marketing Executive.

An exciting opportunity with a fast growing progressive company Law Firm ( professional services ) Based in stunning offices in Central Reading, working with a talented supportive team .
A role which offers real accountability and ownership .

    • Proactive/Ongoing review of firm’s marketing strategy, drafting proposals and presenting them to the Managing Partner and, when agreed, project managing the proposals, so they are delivered, and their performance is assessed on an ongoing basis to agreed parameters.
    • Proactively leading the firm’s online and offline marketing strategy and reporting to the Managing Partner accordingly.
    • Drafting new content for the firm’s website, social media or marketing strategies.
    • Main contact for Firm’s SEO and Adwords specialists and web developers, liaising with these, and reviewing/taking action based on reports received to ensure they are delivering on our contracts.
    • Running monthly reports plus quarterly/yearly summary reports and analysis for the SLT team.
    • Monitoring our adverts/ranking for search terms on Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL.
    • Managing the Firm’s social media input and interactions (including responding to any messages received via social media platforms), plus reviewing the social media platforms used by the firm and assessing any that the firm should be embracing. Reporting to the Managing Partner and implementing/maintaining any new social media platforms agreed.
    • Coordinating articles from the Firm’s solicitors for the firm’s Quarterly Bulletin, updating articles onto Mailchimp, liaising with Managing Partner to agree final version, distributing the bulletin and sharing on social media.
    • Making minor changes on website with WordPress, publishing news articles (from Quarterly Bulletin and some ad-hoc articles), finding suitable website/article images, etc.
    • Researching appropriate media outlets for press releases, coordinating the drafting of press releases and arranging for them to be released.
    • Sending out review requests and replying to reviews received.
    • Registering/Updating online directories the Firm is registered on.

  • Key Skills and Experience:-
    • Marketing experience including successful experience in devising and implementing marketing strategies.
    • Knowledge of WordPress, Google SEO and AdWords, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
