Is this the role for you:

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role of an Office and HR Coordinator for our client in the Tech industry? The position will be reporting into the HR Director and will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver excellent employee experience. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can multitask efficiently.

What you will do:

HR duties:

  • Supporting in the recruitment process and onboarding new employees.
  • General admin support and maintaining accurate HR records.

As part of the Office Management side of the role, you will:

  • Maintain a welcoming and organised office environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • This includes managing food and beverages for the team and visitors when required.

Additionally, you will coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for senior staff members. In the Communication role, you will act as a point of contact for all matters involving the London office, facilitate internal communication channels to ensure effective information flow, and assist in the development and distribution of internal communications.

What you will need:

The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in office administration and human resources roles, along with excellent organisational and multitasking skills are essential. The candidate should also have the ability to handle data with confidentiality and demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to various software packages.
