Are you looking for a new and exciting Office Manager role for a firm based in the West end, London? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Manager to support their growing London office, this is a very exciting time to join the company and play a role in the growth and success of the business.

What you will do:

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a range of duties from Office Administration, IT Support, Project Support and HR/Recruitment Support. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facilities, catering, office equipment and supplies, vendors, and suppliers e.g., cleaners, maintenance, utilities. Additionally, a part of the role will consist of assisting with IT set ups and Health and Safety administration.

The successful candidate will be pro-active, flexible, as well as being a practical problem solver with great attention to detail.
