Our client is looking for a dedicated professional with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset. In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing office facilities, providing comprehensive administrative support, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

What you will do:

In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.

  • You’ll manage relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Additionally, you’ll coordinate office activities and meetings, manage supplies inventory, handle mail and courier services, and assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • As the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, you’ll also distribute internal communications, liaise with external stakeholders, and organise company events and social gatherings.
  • You’ll ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
