Office Manager with Team Assistant duties

Full time – 12 month fixed term contract

London – West End – office based

£40,000-£50,000 depending on experience

Are you looking to join an investment company based in the West End? Do you have Office Management and Team Assistant experience? Are you hardworking, capable and willing to muck in? Are you looking for a role that has scope to evolve overtime? Are you available at short notice?

What you will do:

As an Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the office. You will need to be tech savvy and be the go-to person in the office. You will also assist the team with Team Assistant duties. The role will grow overtime and you will gain more responsibilities and projects.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and be able to work independently. You will need to have some Office Management experience working within a finance or professional services company. You will need a muck in attitude and have ambition to grow the role. Degree educated is desirable.
