Are you ready to step into a dynamic role offering Personal Assistance to Sales & Marketing Department and Directors? We’re searching for a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail, thrives in a busy environment. In this position, our client requires professional and self – motivated Personal Assistant to provide complete administrative support.

What you will do:

Our client is seeking a highly organised individual to provide comprehensive administrative support. Key responsibilities include diary management, expense management, invoice processing, and organising overseas travel. The role also involves placing orders for Marketing Suites, preparing documents for reports, assisting with meeting catering, managing the team’s rota and holiday records, and covering the Main Reception desk as needed. You will act as a central point of contact and liaise closely with the wider Business Support team. Additional duties may be requested as necessary.

What you will need:

Our client is requiring a candidate with strong technical skills, including accurate typing, excellent written and spoken English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Previous team support experience is required, with construction or property industry experience being a plus. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, well-organised, and able to handle confidential information. A ‘can-do’ attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure are essential.
