This is a standout opportunity for a dynamic EA who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has proven experience within financial services. Key Responsibilities: • Extensive proactive diary management for three Managing Directors and senior team members of CLO, RSS and Strategy teams. • Resolving clashes to suit priorities of the execs. • Inbox monitoring for some team members, dependent on personal preference. • Ensuring meeting rooms booked for any in-person meetings in the London office. • Flight, transfer, hotel booking, providing itineraries and visas. • Liaising and building rapport with internal and external clients. • Assisting with printing client presentation documents. • Venue booking for lunches and dinners. The Ideal Candidate: • Solid EA experience within financial services—ideally asset management, private equity, or investment banking • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Discreet, organised, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment Role Details: • Location: Central London office (4 days per week), with Fridays from home • Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm • Contract: Permanent • Salary: £60,000–£65,000 depending on experience If you’re a standout EA from the financial sector looking to support senior leadership in a dynamic, client-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
