We have an exciting Receptionist position based near Tower Hill in the City. You will be working alongside one other receptionist and carry out all corporate reception duties, as well as Team Assistant support for the office. You need to be upbeat, driven, hardworking and super helpful. The role is varied and nonstop – they need someone who can use their initiative and be a real team player. You will be part of a busy buzzy office, with lots of different personalities!

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet visitors and clients
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • International travel booking
  • Organising deliveries
  • Ordering supplies
  • Deal with the incoming post
  • Be the first point of contact
  • Administration tasks

A friendly, hardworking and motivated team! Would be great for someone with experience within a client facing role.
