Receptionist / Team Administrator – Property Investment
£26k – £30k DOE
Permanent – Full time office based

Are you looking for a Receptionist / Team Administrator role working for a successful Property Investment firm based in the West End of London? My client is seeking a corporate, professional, organised, and motivated Receptionist / Team, Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based in the open plan office amongst the team.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for a range of duties, including welcoming guests, answering the telephone, answering queries, transferring calls, and taking and passing accurate messages, coordinating and set-up of meeting rooms and the smooth running of the reception area. Additionally, you will assist and support with administrative tasks as required. This will include assisting with general office management, research, documentation, website admin, and assisting with other ad hoc admin tasks.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will have prior corporate reception / team admin experience. Excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and strong computer skills including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
