Are you looking for a new and exciting Receptionist role for a firm based in the City of London? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist to join them on a 12-month fixed term basis to support the team by carrying out administrative tasks when needed and covering the switchboard and reception as required.

What you will do:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of duties from meet and greeting clients, keeping the waiting room and meeting rooms tidy at all times, managing incoming calls, managing couriers, and any administrative tasks where needed.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have a positive, up-beat attitude whilst being calm under pressure. Our client is looking for a personable and reliable Receptionist to come and join their team of 4 staff and to deal with situations with high confidentiality and discretion.
