Are you immediately available and have a proven background managing a busy Reception?
What you will do:
You will be the managing a busy reception area for a lovely global finance firm based in the City. As well as meeting and greeting you will be responsible for maintaining stationary levels, desk space and be the go too person for the office.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to prioritise and have good MS Office skills
What you will get in return:
You will be part of a great team and will work closely with the Office Manager and Facilities! There is also a strong possibility that this role could go permanent for the right person.
