About the Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in our team by:

In this role, you will be responsible for seeking talent across a variety of platforms and managing candidate applications. Your duties will include creating marketing posts using Canva and maintaining high levels of customer service at all times. You will conduct all recruitment activity in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, coordinate interviews and feedback between the consultant, client, and candidates, and provide administrative support to the team. Ensuring all administration data is completed accurately and efficiently is crucial. You will qualify and shortlist candidates for job vacancies, meet and register candidates both face-to-face and virtually, and initiate, manage, and develop candidate relationships. Additional tasks include sending and receiving candidate forms, formatting and converting CVs, generating leads using social media and job sites, and writing and publishing job adverts on various platforms. Performing other duties as required by the needs of the team will also be part of your responsibilities.
