I am currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to work with a Finance company in London, on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Team Assistant within Professional Services, and will have excellent attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be forward thinking, proactive and have previously assisted with diary management and travel.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Being the first point of contact for all queries, covering reception during lunch hours and holiday, assisting with diary management, international travel booking, coordinating and booking meeting rooms, inputting data into CRM database, assisting with the coordination of events, taking minutes in meetings, calendar management, and general administrative support.
